This is a coffee for connoisseurs with 100% Arabica beans. We demand full concentration when brewing but promise in return that you will be richly rewarded for your focus. When you see the Crema (the thin layer of foam on top of an espresso) rise, it is a sign that you have brewed correctly. Under the Crema hides a treasure trove of aromas. You will find a soft, tart and creamy coffee with notes of cigar, teak and cinnamon. The tobacco note comes from the part of the coffee that is from the Dominican Republic. The tartness and creaminess can be traced to Java in Indonesia. This is our most exclusive espresso carefully developed for the Scandinavian espresso culture. Not a morning coffee but perfect with milk in the afternoon or straight up with a finer Grappa after a good dinner.
