Created for the legendary establishment Café Creme at Kungsportsplatsen in Gothenburg in the happy 80s. Café Creme no longer exists but the blend gains more fans with each passing year. First you feel traces of citrus then you are filled with an earthy and deep aftertaste. Perfect for pressed coffee as it has a forgiving character and is delicious even if you are a little careless in the pressing process itself. In this blend, our coffee master Thomas Myrén has chosen to mix strong green coffee from Indonesia with fresh, acidic coffee from Guatemala. Creme is a flexible coffee as it works well in all brewing methods. Try it yourself with milk and a toasted sandwich for breakfast, or uncomplicated black to round off a good dinner.
